LIVE VERSION
Performance notes:
The basic elements for this song are a guitar with humbucking pickups, an overdriven sound on the amp or via an effects pedal for the most part of the song, a further distorted layer is required for the end section, a slight chorus effect, a slight reverb for the main part of the song, and a delay effect for the end.
The delay effect has about 1 repeat and is timed at 275 m/sec (milliseconds).
For the main, the song is played using the bridge pickup.
For the solo section you would want to lose the tube screamer, add the fuzz face and change to the neck pickup for that slightly thicker sound. You'll probably want to back off the guitar volume as the fuzz face will probably cause a bit of a boost in sound. Also the flanger is used right at the end during the 2 note riff and the main riff. This just gives it a bit more oomph (as if it needs it!).
