Neptune

Ladies and gentlemen
On our left is Neptune
Wake up you're going places
Without ever leaving a trace

This grace can help you wander
Wake up you're going places
Without ever leaving a trace
The smile on a little child's face

Ladies and gentlemen
On our right we have Mars
Wake up you're going places
Without ever leaving a trace

This grace can help you wander
Wake up you're going places
Without ever leaving a trace
The smile on a little child's face

Wake up you're going places
Without ever leaving a trace

Ladies and gentlemen
On our left is Neptune

Details:
Neptune is the point on Golden Greats at which the album dips in quality for me, with the last three tracks being decidedly average.

The backbeat sounds as if it has warped or simply toned down 'The Rain (Supa Dupa Fly)' by Missy Elliott, while the lyrical inspiration is a Hendrix track, 'The Stars That Play With Laughing Sam's Dice'. The theme of each song is a narrator guiding people on a journey through the Solar System (Brown namechecks Neptune and Mars whereas Hendrix namechecks Saturn and Mars).
