My Star 2002

Space exploration for nuclear stations
NASA corrupters, rocket constructors
Space exploration, excursion to the stars
On a military mission, on a military journey to Mars

I'll see you in my star

Solar system bases, the new world order
Lust for space dust, forming galaxy borders
Never seeking new life, masterminding war
Sending satellites at new heights, NASA sets its rockets on the poor

Space exploration, Skyliner stations
Rocket corruption, NASA construction
State exploration, galactical findings
Mars mission probes expanding military landings

Space exploration. excursion to the stars
Jet fighter pilot's mission on a journey for the arms race to the stars
To boldly go where no man's ever been before
Astronauts the new Conquistadors

See you in my star
I'll see you in my star...

My Star 2002 is an unnecessary rework of Ian's debut solo single. On 1980's 'Ashes To Ashes', David Bowie revisited his first hit single, 'Space Oddity', with Ground Control regaining contact with the missing astronaut, Major Tom. Ian's bloated space-themed rework, My Star 2002, is devoid of any such innovative approach or fresh perspective.
