Compare the quiet intro on each (piano on Golden Lady; guitar on Golden Gaze), then the heavy drumbeat (30 seconds into Golden Lady; 45 seconds into Golden Gaze) before the vox come in. The lyrics are comparable: Golden Lady - "Looking in your eyes, kind of heaven eyes", Golden Gaze - "I caught your golden gaze....Star spangled shades shade your eyes".
